  1. It is regrettable that India test fired a Dhanush missile on November 7 (Sun).

  2. The Government of Japan calls on India to sincerely respond to the efforts of the international community to promote disarmament and non-proliferation of weapons of mass destruction and ballistic missiles as their means of delivery.
