- Iran admitted on July 7 that it had conducted a ballistic Missile-launching test. The Government of Japan considers this missile-launching test regrettable as it can seriously influence regional stability and the security of the international community.
- The Government of Japan intends to continue strongly urging Iran to exercise restraint over ballistic missile-launching tests.
