On May 1, commencing at 3:00 p.m. local time (11:00 p.m. on same day, Japan time), Mr. MOTEGI Toshimitsu, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, who is visiting Angola, laid flowers and signed the guest book at the Agostinho Neto Memorial, which is a symbol of Angola's independence in 1975 and the mausoleum of the first president.
