Foreign Minister Iwaya Attends the Inauguration Ceremony of H.E. Mr. Surangel S. WHIPPS, Jr., President of the Republic of Palau

On January 16, commencing at 11:15 a.m. local time (same time in Japan) for approximately 3 hours, Mr. IWAYA Takeshi, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, during his visit to Melekeok, capital of the Republic of Palau, attended the inauguration ceremony of H.E. Mr. Surangel S. WHIPPS, Jr., President of the Republic of Palau for his second term. The ceremony was held in the courtyard of the National Congress of Palau.
