On April 24, State Minister for Foreign Affairs HORII Iwao visited the Embassy of the Republic of the Marshall Islands in Tokyo and signed a Condolence Book to offer his heartfelt condolences on the passing of the late His Excellency David Kabua, Former President of the Republic of the Marshall Islands, who passed away on April 8.
