Speech by Foreign Minister Fumio Kishida at an International Conference of the Critical Issues Forum

On April 4th, Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs, participated in the International Conference of the Critical Issues Forum that was held in Hiroshima, and delivered a speech. The Conference was organized by the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies (CNS), the prefecture and city of Hiroshima, and the Hiroshima Jogakuin Junior and Senior High School.
