  1. H.E. Mr. Luis Leonardo Almagro Lemes, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Oriental Republic of Uruguay, will visit Japan as a distinguished guest of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from November 6 to November 10.


  2. While in Japan, Minister Almagro is scheduled to have a meeting with Mr. Koichiro Gemba, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan.
