The 6th round of negotiations for the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement (ACTA) will be held in Seoul on November 4 to 6, 2009, hosted by the Republic of Korea.
Participants in these negotiations will include Australia, Canada, the European Union, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United States of America (alphabetically ordered).
The discussions in this 6th round of negotiations will focus on enforcement in the digital environment and criminal enforcement.
The Government of Japan looks to actively lead discussions with the other concerned countries with a view to realizing the ACTA as early as possible.
