Visit to Japan of the President of the Republic of Palau and Mrs. Kuniwo Nakamura (Announcement by the Press Secretary/Director-General for Press and Public Relations, Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

The President of the Republic of Palau and Mrs. Kuniwo Nakamura, accompanied by a suite, will pay a visit to Japan from November 11 (Sat) to 15 (Wed); from 11 (Sat) to 14 (Tue), it will be an Official Working Visit.

During their stay in Japan, the President of the Republic of Palau and Mrs. Nakamura will meet with Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress of Japan. Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress will host a Court Luncheon in honor of President and Mrs. Nakamura.

President Nakamura will also hold a meeting with Prime Minister of Japan Yoshiro Mori.

The Prime Minister of Japan and Mrs. Mori will host a Dinner in honor of President and Mrs. Nakamura.

The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President of the Republic of Palau and Mrs. Nakamura, which will further strengthen the friendly relations existing between Japan and the Republic of Palau.
