東南アジア貿易投資観光促進センターに関する議定書
PROTOCOL ON THE SOUTHEAST ASIAN PROMOTION CENTRE FOR TRADE, INVESTMENT AND TOURISM

　この議定書の締約政府は、

　The Governments Parties to this Protocol,


　東南アジア貿易投資観光促進センターに関する協定(以下「協定」という。)に規定する五年の期間が千九百七十七年一月十九日に満了することに留意し、

　Noting that the period of five years referred to in the Agreement on the Southeast Asian Promotion Centre for Trade, Investment and Tourism (hereinafter called "the Agreement") expires on 19 January 1977;


　東南アジア貿易投資観光促進センターの活動を継続することが望ましいことを認めて、

　Recognizing the desirability of continuing the activities of the Southeast Asian Promotion Centre for Trade, Investment and Tourism;


　次のとおり協定した。

　Have agreed as follows:


第一条
　協定第一条、第二条及び第四条から第七条までの規定は、この議定書の効力発生の時から一年間引き続き適用する。

Article 1
　The provisions of Articles 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Agreement shall continue to be applied for a period of one year from the entry into force of this Protocol.


第二条
1　この議定書は、ビルマ連邦社会主義共和国、インドネシア共和国、日本国、民主カンボディア、ラオス人民民主共和国、マレイシア、フィリピン共和国、シンガポール共和国、タイ王国及びヴィエトナム社会主義共和国の政府による署名のため開放しておく。

Article 2
1. This Protocol shall remain open for signature by the Governments of the Socialist Republic of the Union of Burma, the Republic of Indonesia, Japan, Democratic Kampuchea, the Lao People's Democratic Republic, Malaysia, the Republic of the Philippine, the Republic of Singapore, the Kingdom of Thailand and the Socialist Republic of Viet-Nam.


2　この議定書は、１の政府の過半数がこれに署名した日に効力を生ずる。

2. This Protocol shall enter into force on the date on which a majority of the Governments referred to in paragraph 1 above have signed this Protocol.


3　この議定書は、２の規定に基づいて効力を生じた日の後にこれに署名する各政府については、その署名の日に効力を生ずる。

3. For each Government signing this Protocol after the date on which it has entered into force pursuant to the preceding paragraph, this Protocol shall enter into force on the date of its signature.


4　この議定書の原本は、日本国政府に寄託するものとし、同政府は、その認証謄本をこの議定書の締約政府に送付する。

4. The Original of this Protocol shall be deposited with the Government of Japan, who shall send certified copies thereof to the Governments Parties to this Protocol.


　以上の証拠として、下名の代表者は、各自の政府から正当に委任を受けてこの議定書に署名した。

　IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned representatives, being duly authorized thereto by their respective Governments, have signed this Protocol.


　千九百七十七年一月二十日に東京で、英語により本書一通を作成した。
