PROCES-VERBAL EXTENDING THE DECLARATION ON THE PROVISIONAL ACCESSION OF THE PHILIPPINES TO THE GENERAL AGREEMENT ON TARIFFS AND TRADE
関税及び貿易に関する一般協定(以下「一般協定」という。)へのフィリピンの暫定的加入に関する千九百七十三年八月九日の宣言(以下「宣言」という。)の当事国は、
The parties to the Declaration of 9 August 1973 on the Provisional Accession of the Philippines to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade(hereinafter referred to as "the Declaration"and "the General Agreement", respectively),
宣言4の規定に従つて行動して、
Acting pursuant to paragraph 4 of the Declaration,
次のとおり協定する。

1 宣言の有効期間は、4に規定する日付を「千九百七十七年十二月三十一日」に改めることによつて延長される。
1. The validity of the Declaration is extended by changing the date in paragraph 4 to "31 December 1977.
2 この調書は、一般協定の締約国団の事務総長に寄託する。この調書は、フィリピン及び宣言の参加国政府により署名その他によつて受諾されるため開放しておく。この調書は、フィリピン政府及びいずれかの参加国政府がこれを受諾した後直ちにこれらの政府の間で効力を生ずる。
2. This Proces-Verbal shall be deposited with the Director-General to the CONTRACTING PARTIES to the General Agreement. It shall be open for acceptance, by signature or otherwise, by the Philippines and by the participating governments. It shall become effective between the Government of the Philippines and any participating government as soon as it shall have been accepted by the Government of the Philippines and such government.
3 事務局長は、フィリピン政府及び一般協定の各締約国に対し、この調書の認証謄本を送付し、また、この調書の各受諾を通告する。
3. The Director-General shall furnish a certified copy of this Proces-Verbal and a notification of each acceptance thereof to the Government of the Philippines and to each contraction party to the General Agreement.
