国際復興開発銀行協定の改正

国際復興開発銀行協定第五条第三項(a)を次のように改める。第三項　投票　(a)　各加盟国の投票権数は、基本票数と保有株式数に基づく票数との合計に等しいものとする。　　(ⅰ)　各加盟国の基本票数は、すべての加盟国の総投票権数の合計票数の五・五五パーセントをすべての　　　加盟国の間に均等に分配して算出される票数とする。ただし、基本票数は、一未満の端数を伴つては　　　ならない。　　(ⅱ)　各加盟国の保有株式数に基づく票数は、自国の保有する一株式ごとに一票を分配して算出される票　　　数とする。

Article V, Section 3(a) of the Articles of Agreement of the Bank shall be amended to read as follows: Section 3. Voting "(a) The voting power of each member shall be equal to the sum of its basic votes and share votes. (i) The basic votes of each member shall be the number of votes that results from the equal distribution among all members of 5.55 percent of the aggregate sum of the voting power of all the members, provided that there shall be no fractional basic votes. (ii) The share votes of each member shall be the number of votes that results from the allocation of one vote for each share of stock held."
