航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定の路線表の修正に関する交換公文

(German Note)


　

　Tokyo, March 18, 1988


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年一月十八日にボンで署名された航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定(以下「協定」という。)第十二条の規定に従つて千九百八十八年一月七日及び八日の両日東京で行われた両締約国の航空当局の間の協議に言及する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
I have the honour to refer to the consultations which were held in Tokyo on 7th and January, 1988, between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article l2 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, signed at Bonn on January lath, 196l (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement").


　本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に基づき、ここに、協定の路線表(千九百六十五年九月十日、千九百六十八年六月二十六日、千九百七十二年三月二十一日及び千九百七十二年七月十八日に修正された。)を削除し、次の新たな路線表を挿入することを閣下に提案する光栄を有します。

　本使は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡を協定第ニ条(2)の規定に基づくドイツ連邦共和国政府と日本国政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。


							

						

						

							

								
　If the foregoing is acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.

　本大臣は、日本国政府が閣下の書簡に含まれた提案を受諾することを閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡を協定第二条(2)の規定に基づく両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
