海洋漁業に関する日本国政府とモロッコ王国政府との間の協定の暫定実施に関する交換公文

　Rabat, September 11, 1985


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、本日署名された海洋漁業に関する日本国政府とモロッコ王国政府との間の協定(以下「協定」という。)に関し、日本国政府の代表者とモロッコ王国政府の代表者との間で最近到達した次の了解を確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
  With reference to the Agreement on Marine Fisheries between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") signed today, I have the honour to confirm the following understanding recently reached between the representatives of the Government of Japan and of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco:


　協定がその第九条に従い効力を生ずるまでの間、両政府は、千九百八十五年九月十二日以降それぞれの憲法上の権限の範囲内で協定を暫定的に実施する。この暫定的実施は、いずれか一方の政府が三箇月前に書面により通告することにより終了させることができる。

　Pending the entry into force of the Agreement in accordance with Article 9 thereof, the two Governments shall give provisional effect to the Agreement within the limits of their constitutional authority as from September 12, 1985, and such provisional effect may be terminated by either Government subject to three months prior notice in writing.


　本使は、貴官が前記の了解をモロッコ王国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if Your Excellency would confirm the foregoing understanding on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco.
