外交官等に対する数次査証の付与に関する日本国政府とチェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国政府との間の取極（口上書）

日本国大使館は、チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国連邦外務省に敬意を表するとともに、日本国政府が千九百八十四年一月一日から相互主義に基づき次の措置をとる用意を有することを同省に通報する光栄を有する。
The Embassy of Japan presents its compliments to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of Japan is prepared to take, on a reciprocal basis, the following measures from January 1, 1984.
(1) 日本国政府は、チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国連邦外務省からの□上書により在チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国日本国大使館に対して申請があつたときは、在本邦チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国大使館の外交官及びそれらの家族の構成員でそれらの世帯に属するものに対し、在任予定期間中有効である数次査証(ただし、最大限三十六箇月までとする。)を付与する。
(1) If application is made to the Embassy of Japan in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic by the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic by a Note Verbale, the Government of Japan will grant to the diplomatic agents of the Embassy of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic in Japan and the members of their families forming part of their respective households multiple visas valid for the period of anticipated assignment up to a maximum of thirty-six months.
(2) 大使館の外交官及びそれらの家族の構成員でそれらの世帯に属するものは、日本国の領域から最終的に出国するに先立つてその旅券を日本国外務省に提出するものとし、同外務省は、必要な手続をとる。
(2) Prior to their final departure from the territory of Japan, the diplomatic agents of the Embassy and the members of their families forming part of their respective households should present their passports to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and the said Ministry will take necessary procedure.
(3) 日本国政府は、前記の措置を終了させることを希望するときは、チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国政府に対し書面による二箇月の予告を与える。
(3) The Government of Japan, when it wishes to terminate the above measures, will give two months' written notice to the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic.
日本国大使館は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねてチェッコスログァキア杜会主義共和連邦外務省に向かつて敬意を表する。
The Embassy of Japan avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic the assurance of its highest consideration.

The Federal Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic presents its compliments to the Embassy of Japan in the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic is prepared to take, on a reciprocal basis, the following measures from January 1, 1984.
(1) チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国政府は、在チェッコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国日本国大使館からの口上書により連邦外務省に対して申請があつたときは、在チェツコスロヴァキア社会主義共和国日本国大使館の外交官及びそれらの家族の構成員でそれらの世帯に属するものに対し、在任予定期間中有効である数次査証(ただし、最大限三十六箇月までとする。)を付与する。
