航空業務に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定の付表の修正に関する交換公文

Kuala Lumpur, August 19, 1980
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十五年二月十一日にクアラ・ランプールで署名された航空業務に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定第十二条(1)の規定に従つて千九百七十九年二月十九日から二十日までの間クアラ・ランプールにおいて行われた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Kuala Lumpur from February 19 to February 20, 1979, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article 12 of the Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of Malaysia for Air Services signed at Kuala Lumpur on February 11, 1965.
本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、千九百七十二年十月十七日に修正された同協定の付表が次のとおり修正されるべき旨を日本国政府に代わつて提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations, I now have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the Schedule to the Agreement as amended on October 17, 1972, be amended as follows:

Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of Japan:
日本国内の地点-台北-香港-マニラ-ホーチミン・シティ-バンコック-シンガポール―クアラ・ランプール-シンガポール-ジャカルタ
Points in Japan-Taipei-Hong Kong-Manila-Ho Chi Minh City-Bangkok-Singapore-Kuala Lumpur-Singapore-Djakarta.
路線 II
Route II
マレイシアの一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline or airlines of Malaysia:
マレイシア内の地点-バンコック-ホーチミン・シティ-香港-マニラ-ソウル-東京-ソウル
Points in Malaysia-Bangkok-Ho Chi Minh City-Hong Kong-Manila-Taipei-Seoul-Tokyo-Seoul.
注 いずれか一方の締結国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が行う協定業務は、その締結国の領域内の一地点を起点とするものでなければならない。ただし、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たって、その一又は二以上の指定航空企業の選択により省略することができる。
Note: The agreed services provided by the designated airline or airlines of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified routes may, at the option of the designated airline or airlines concerned, be omitted on any or all flights.
前記の提案がマレイシア政府にとって受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下に返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Malaysia, I have further the honour to propose that this Note together with Your Excellency’s reply to that effect shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency’s reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency’s Note of today’s date, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、マレイシア政府が日本国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Malaysia accepts the above proposal of the Government of Japan and to confirm that Your Excellency’s Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which enters into force on this date.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
