大使館員に対する数次査証の付与に関する日本国政府とハンガリー人民共和国政府との間の取極（口上書）

日本国大使館は、ハンガリー人民共和国外務省に敬意を表するとともに、日本国政府が千九百七十九年七月一日から相互主義に基づき次の措置をとる用意を有することを同省に通報する光栄を有する。
The Embassy of Japan presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hungarian People's Republic and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of Japan is prepared to take, on a reciprocal basis, the following measures from July 1, 1979.
(1) 日本国政府は、ハンガリー人民共和国外務省からの□上書による日本国大使館に対して申請があったときは、在本邦ハンガリー人民共和国大使館の構成員及びそれらの家族の構成員でそれらの世帯に属するものに対し、在任予定期間中有効である数次査証(ただし、最大限の三十六箇月までとする。)を付与する。
(1) If application is made to the Embassy of Japan by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hungarian People's Republic by a Note verbale, the Government of Japan will grant to the members of the Embassy of the Hungarian People's Republic in Japan and the members of their families forming part of their respective households multiple visas valid for the period of anticipated assignment up to a maximum of thirty-six months.
(2) 大使館の構成員及びそれらの家族の構成員でそれらの世帯に属するものは、日本国の領域から最終的に出国するに先立つてその旅券を日本国外務省に提出するものとし、同外務省は、必要な手続をとる。
(2) Prior to their final departure from the territory of Japan, the members of the Embassy and the members of their families forming part of their respective households should present their passports to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and the said Ministry will take necessary procedure.
(3) 日本国政府は、上記の措置を終了させることを希望するときは、ハンガリー人民共和国政府に対し書面による二箇月の予告を与える。
(3) The Government of Japan, when it wishes to terminate the above measures, will give two months' written notice to the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic.
日本国大使館は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねてハンガリー人民共和国外務省に向かつて敬意を表する。
The Embassy of Japan takes this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hungarian People's Republic the assurances of its highest consideration.
