日本国とハンガリー人民共和国との間の文化交流に関する取極の延長に関する交換公文

Budapest, 6 April, 1979
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、日本国とハンガリー人民共和国との間の文化交流に関する両政府間の千九百七十三年四月九日付けの交換公文及びに同交換公文に盛られている取極を各々二年間延長することに関する両政府間の千九百七十五年四月七日付けの交換公文及び千九百七十七年四月八日付けの交換公文に言及するとともに、両政府の代表者の間で到達した次の了解を本国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the Exchange of Notes dated April 9, 1973 between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic concerning cultural exchange between the two countries and to the Exchanges of Notes dated April 7, 1975 and April 8, 1977 between the two Governments concerning the extension for a period of two years each of the arrangements contained in the said Exchange of Notes dated April 9, 1973, and to confirm, on behalf of my Government, the following understanding reached between the representatives of the two Governments:
千九百七十三年四月九日付けの交換公交に盛られている取極は、更に二年間効力を有するものとし、その後においても、その二年の期間の満了の三箇月前までにいずれか一方の政府が文書による通告により終了させない限り更に二年間効力を有する。
The arrangements contained in the said Exchange of Notes dated April 9, 1973 shall remain in force for a further period of two years and shall continue in force thereafter for another period of two years unless terminated by either Government by a written notice given three months before the end of the first period of two years.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、ハンガリー人民共和国と日本国との間の文化交流に関する両政府間の千九百七十三年四月九日付けの交換公文及びに同交換公文に盛られている取極を各々二年間延長することに関する両政府間の千九百七十五年四月七日付けの交換公文及び千九百七十七年四十八日付けの交換公文に言及するとともに、両政府の代表者の間で到達した次の了解をハンガリー人民共和国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。
