高等水産講習所設立に関する日本国政府とスリ・ランカ共和国政府との間の協定の有効期間の延長に関する交換公文

　Colombo, April 12, 1978

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、千九百七十四年四月十六日にコロンボで署名された高等水産講習所設立に関するスリ・ランカ共和国政府と日本国政府との間の協定(以下「協定」という。)に関し、協定第十一条の規定に従い、協定の有効期間を千九百八十年四月十五日まで延長する旨の両政府の代表者の間で最近到達した合意をスリ・ランカ共和国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency, 
  With reference to the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Sri Lanka and the Government of Japan concerning the Establishment of a Fisheries Training Institute signed at Colombo on April 16, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"), I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Sri Lanka, the agreement reached recently between the representative s of the two Governments that the Agreement shall be extended until April 15, 1980, in accordance with the provisions of Article XI thereof.

　本官は、閣下が前記の合意を日本国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if Your Excellency would be good enough to confirm, on behalf of the Government of Japan, the agreement set out above.

　本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to extend to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.
