船舶機関士訓練計画に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定の有効期間の延長に関する交換公文

Kuala Lumpur, December 2,1977


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、千九百七十三年十二月三日にクアラ・ランプールで署名された船舶機関士馴練計画に関するマレイシア政府と日本国政府との間の協定(以下「協定」という。)に関し、協定第十一条の規定に従い、協定の有効期間を千九百八十年六月二日まで延長する旨の両政府の代表者の間で最近到達した合意をマレイシア政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。

　sir,With reference to the Agreement between the Government of Malaysia and the Government of Japan concerning the Marine Engineering Training Project signed at Kuala Lumpur on December 3,1973 (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement "),I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, the agreement reached recently between the representatives of the two Governments that the Agreement be extended until June 2,1980,in accordance with the provisions of Article XI thereof.


　本官は、貴官が前記の合意を日本国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if you would be good enough to confirm, on behalf of the Government of  Japan, the agreement set out above.


　本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに貴官に向かつて敬意を表します。
