NOTE VERBALE
日本国大使館は、外務省に敬意を表するとともに、一定の旅券に対する査証及び査証料の免除に関する千九百七十年五月十五日付けの同大使館の口上書に言及する光栄を有する。
The Embassy of Japan presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the honour to refer to its Note Verbale dated 15 May, 1970, concerning the waiving of visas and visa fees for certain passports.
日本国大使館は、更に、前記口上書第二項に関し、千九百七十六年七月一日から相互主義に基づいて同項における「二年」を「三年」に改めることを日本国政府に代わつて通報する光栄を有する。
With reference to paragraph 2 of the said Note Verbale the Embassy has further the honour to inform the Ministry on behalf of the Government of Japan that the term "two years" in the said paragraph will be deleted and replaced by the term "three years" on a reciprocal basis as from 1 July, 1976.
日本国大使館は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて外務省に向かつて敬意を表する。
The Embassy of Japan avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the assurances of its highest consideration.
