日本国の漁船のオーストラリアの港への寄港に関する日本国政府とオーストラリア政府との間の交換公文の延長に関する取極（口上書）

外務省は、日本国大使館に敬意を表するとともに、ある種の日本国の漁船のオーストラリアの港への入港に関する千九百七十五年十一月二十七日付けの交換公文に関し、同交換公文に規定された取極が千九百七十七年一月三十一日まで引き続き適用されることがオーストラリア政府の了解であることを申し述べる光栄を有する。
The Department of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Embassy of Japan and, with reference to the Exchange of Notes dated 27 November, 1975 concerning the entry of certain Japanese fishing vessels into Australian ports, has the honour to state that it is the understanding of the Government of Australia that the arrangements described in that Exchange of Notes shall continue to apply until 31 January 1977.
外務省は、日本国大使館が、前記のことが日本国政府の了解でもあることを確認されれば幸いである。
The Department would be grateful if the Embassy would confirm that the foregoing is also the understanding of the Government of Japan.
外務省は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて日本国大使館に向かつて敬意を表する。
The Department avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Embassy the assurance of its highest consideration.

The Embassy of Japan presents its compliments to the Department of Foreign Affairs, and has the honour to acknowledge the receipt of latter's Note No.3103.10.2.2 dated December 15, 1976 which reads as follows:

日本国大使館は、更に、前記のことが日本国政府の了解でもあることを日本国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有する。
The Embassy has further the honour to con- firm on behalf of the Government of Japan that the foregoing is also the understanding of the Government of Japan.
