日本国政府とフィリピン共和国政府との間の航空業務協定の付表の修正に関する交換公文

(Japanese Note) Manila, August 22, 1975
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百七十年一月二十日に東京で署名された日本国政府とフィリピン共和国政府との間の航空業務協定第十三条の規定に従つて千九百七十五年三月二十六日から二十七日までの間東京において日本国及びフィリピン共和国の航空当局の間で行われた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honor to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from March 26 to 27, 1975, between the Aeronautical Authorities of Japan and of the Republic of the Philippines in accordance with Article 13 of the Air Services Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines which was signed at Tokyo on January 20, 1970.
本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、同協定の付表2の注を次のように修正することを日本国政府に代わつて閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations, I now have the honor to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, to Your Excellency that the Note of 2. of the Schedule to the aforementioned Agreement be amended as follows:
注(1) ニュー・ヨークヘ及びそこから運航される飛行については、サン・フランシスコに定期の着陸を行わなければならない。
Note: (1) Any flight operating to and from New York shall make a scheduled stop at San Francisco.
注(2) フィリピン共和国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業は、前記の路線における東京以遠の業務を開始するまでの間、台北を経由してフィリピン内の地点と東京との間の業務を両方向に運営することができる。
(2) Pending the inauguration of the services beyond Tokyo the designated airline or airlines of the Republic of the Philippines on the route specified above, the said airline or airlines may operate services in both directions between points in the Philippines and Tokyo via Taipei.
本使は、前記の提案がフィリピン共和国政府にとつて受諾し得るものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of the Philippines, I have the honor to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments on this matter which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本長官は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date which reads as follows:

本長官は、前記の提案がフィリピン共和国政府にとつて受諾し得るものである旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
In reply, I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Government this matter which shall enter into force on the date of this reply.
本長官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
