航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定の附属書の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年十月十七日にカラチで署名され、千九百七十二年七月一日に修正された航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定第十条の規定に従つて千九百七十四年九月二十四日から二十七日までの間東京において両締約国の航空当局の間で行われた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from September 24 to 27, 1974, between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 10 of the Agreement between Japan and Pakistan relating to Air Services which was signed at Karachi on October 17, 1961 and was amended on July 1, 1972.
本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、同協定の附属書に次の修正を行うことを日本国政府に代わつて閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations, I now have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, to Your Excellency that the Annex to the aforementioned Agreement be amended as follows:

1 日本国の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
1. Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of Japan:
日本国内の地点－北京及び(又は)上海及び(又は)広州－マニラ－香港－サイゴン－バンコック－ラングーン－ニュー・デリー－ボンベイ－カラチ－ペルシャ湾沿岸の一地点－カイロ－アテネ－ローマ－ジュネーヴ又はチューリッヒードイツ連邦共和国内の一地点－パリーロンドン
Points in Japan - Peking and /or Shanghai and/or Canton - Manila - Hong Kong - Saigon - Bangkok - Rangoon - New Delhi - Bombay - Karachi - a point on the Persian Gulf - Cairo - Athens - Rome - Geneva or Zurich - a point in the Federal Republic of Germany - Paris - London
2 パキスタンの指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
2. Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of Pakistan:
パキスタン内の地点－ニュー・デリー又はカルカタ－ラングーン－バンコック－クアラ・ランプール－シンガポール－サイゴン－香港－マニラ－北京及び(又は)上海及び(又は)広州－東京
Points in Pakistan - New Delhi or Calcutta - Rangoon - Bangkok - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore - Saigon - Hong Kong - Manila - Peking and/or Shanghai and/or Canton - Tokyo
3 いずれか一方の締約国の指定航空企業が行う協定業務は、その締約国の領域内の一地点を起点とするものでなければならない。ただし、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行に当たつて、その指定航空企業の選択により省略することができる。
3. The agreed services provided by the designated airline of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points in any of the specified routes may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.
本使は、前記の提案がパキスタン政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Pakistan, I have the honour to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date which reads as follows:

本大臣は、前記の提案がパキスタン政府にとつて受諾しうるものである旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
In reply, I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Pakistan and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter which shall enter into force on the date of this reply.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
