パイロット農場の設置に関する日本国政府とラオス王国政府との間の協定の延長に関する交換公文

(Laotian Note) Vientiane, 22nd April 1975.
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百七十年四月二十四日にヴィエンチャンで署名されたパイロット農場の設置に関するラオス王国政府と日本国政府との間の協定に関し、同協定をその第十二条2の規定に基づいて千九百七十七年四月二十三日まで延長する旨の両政府の代表者の間で最近到達した合意をラオス暫定国民連合政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency,With reference to the Agreement between the Royal Government of Laos and the Government of Japan for the establishment of the Pilot Farm signed at Vientiane on April 24, 1970, I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Provisional Government of National Union of Laos, the agreement reached recently between the representatives of the two Governments that the above-mentioned Agreement be extended until April 23, 1977, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 2 of Article XII thereof.
本大臣は、閣下が前記の合意を日本国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。
I should be grateful if Your Excellency would be good enough to confirm, on behalf of the Government of Japan, the agreement set out above.
