インドネシア共和国に対する事業計画借款の供与に関する日本国政府とインドネシア共和国政府との間の取極の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、インドネシア共和国に供与された一定の円借款の使用に関してインドネシア共和国政府の代表者と日本国政府の代表者との間で最近行われた討議に言及するとともに、次のことがインドネシア共和国政府の了解であることを確認する光栄を有します。
Tokyo, June 10, 1975 Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the recent discussion held between the representatives of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and of the Government of Japan concerning the utilization of certain yen loans extended to the Republic of Indonesia, and to confirm that the following is the understanding of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia:
1 千九百六十九年七月四日付けの附属交換公文、千九百七十年六月二十三日付けの附属交換公文及び千九百七十一年六月三十日付けの附属交換公文に関して行われた千九百七十二年七月二十四日付けの交換公文の2(2)及び他の関係の規定に基づき、海外経済協力基金が供与する十八億円(一、八〇〇、〇〇〇、〇〇〇円)の額までの借款に関し、同借款が千九百七十年の援助の対像として取り上げられる事業計画に対する融資のために使用されることに日本国政府は異存がない。
1. With reference to the loan up to the amount of one billion eight hundred million yen (1,800,000,000) to be extended by the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund under paragraph 2(2) and other relevant provisions of the Exchange of Notes dated July 24, 1972 effected with reference to the Exchange of Letters dated July 4, 1969, the Exchange of Letters dated June 23, 1970 and the Exchange of Letters dated June 30, 1971, the Government of Japan has no objection to the said Loan being used to finance the projects to be taken up under the 1970 assistance.
2 千九百六十九年七月四日付けの附属交換公文、千九百七十年六月二十三日付けの附属交換公文、千九百七十一年六月三十日付けの附属交換公文及び千九百七十二年七月二十四日付けの附属交換公文に関して行われた千九百七十三年七月二十七日付けの交換公文4(2)及び他の関係の規定に基づき、海外経済協力基金が供与する十億円(一、〇〇〇、〇〇〇、〇〇〇円)の額までの借款に関し、同借款が千九百七十二年の援助の対象として取り上げられる事業計画に対する融資のために使用されることに日本国政府は異存がない。
2. With reference to the loan up to the amount of one billion yen (1,000,000,000) to be extended by the Overseas economic Cooperation Fund under paragraph 4(2) and other relevant provisions of the Exchange of Notes dated July 27, 1973 effected with reference to the Exchange of Letters dated July 4, 1969, the Exchange of Letters dated June 23, 1970, the Exchange of Letters dated June 30, 1971, and the Exchange of Letters dated July 24, 1972, the Government of Japan has no objection to the said Loan being used to finance the projects to be taken up under the 1972 assistance.
本使は、閣下が、前記のことが日本国政府の了解でもあることを確認されれば幸いであります。
