インドネシアに対する事業計画借款の使用期限の延長に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、インドネシア共和国に供与された円借款の一部の使用期限の延長に関してインドネシア共和国政府の代表者と日本国政府の代表者との間で最近行われた討議に言及するとともに、次のことがインドネシア共和国政府の了解であることを確認する光栄を有します。
Tokyo, March 25, 1975 Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the recent discussion held between the representatives of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and of the Government of Japan concerning the extension of the closing dates of certain Yen Loans extended to the Republic of Indonesia, and to confirm that the following is the understanding of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.
1 インドネシア共和国に供与される千九百七十一年の日本の援助に関する千九百七十一年六月三十日付けの交換公文第II部2(c)の規定にかかわらず、インドネシア共和国政府と海外経済協力基金との間の合意により、同交換公文第II部に言及されている事業計画借款の使用期限が千九百七十七年三月三十一日まで延長されることに日本国政府は異存がない。
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Part II, paragraph 2(c) of the Exchange of Notes dated June 30, 1971 concerning Japanese assistance for 1971 to be extended to the Republic of Indonesia, the Government of Japan has no objection to the closing date of the Project Loan referred to in Part II of the said Exchange of Notes being extended until March 31, 1977 by agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund.
2 千九百六十八年七月二日付けの附属交換公文、千九百六十九年七月四日付けの附属交換公文及び千九百七十年六月二十三日付けの附属交換公文に関連してインドネシア共和国に供与される日本の援助に関する千九百七十一年六月三十日付けの交換公文第4(1)(c)の規定にかかわらず、インドネシア共和国政府と海外経済協力基金との間の合意により、同交換公文に言及されている事業計画借款の使用期限が千九百七十七年三月三十一日まで延長されることに日本国政府は異存がない。
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 4(1)(c) of the Exchange of Notes dated June 30, 1971 concerning Japanese assistance to be extended to the Republic of Indonesia in connection with the Exchange of Letters dated July 2, 1968, the Exchange of Letters dated July 4, 1969 and the Exchange of Letters dated June 23, 1970, the Government of Japan has no objection to the closing date of the loans referred to in the said Exchange of Notes being extended until March 31, 1977 by agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund.
