航空業務に関する日本国とオランダ王国との間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

(Netherlands Note)

　Tokyo, October 19, 1973

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百五十三年二月十七日にヘーグで署名された航空業務に関するオランダ王国と日本国との間の協定の第十三条及び第十五条の規定に従つて両締約国の航空当局間で最近行なわれた協議に言及し、それらの航空当局間で同協定の附表(千九百七十二年十二月十九日の交換公交によつて最近修正された。)に次の修正を行なうことが合意されたことを、オランダ王国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
With reference to the recent consultations held between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with the Articles 13 and 15 of the Aareement be-tween the Kingdom of the Netherlands and Japan for Air Services, signed at The Hague on February 17, 1953, I have the honour to con-firm, on behaif of the Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, that the following amendments to the Schedule of that Agreement,es amended recently by the exchange of notes of December 19, 1972, have been agreed upon between the said aeronautical authorities:

1　附表I(日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)に掲げる路線(a)中の「コロンボ一インド内の地点―東部及び西部パキスタン内の地点」を「バングラデシュ内の地点一インド内の地点―コロンボ一パキスタン内の地点」に改める。

1. In the route (a) of Section I of the Schedule (the route to be served by the designated airline or airlines of Japan) "Co1ombo - Points in India - Points in East and West Pakistan" shall be replaced by "Points in Bangladesh - Points in India-Colombo - Points in Pakistan".

2　附表II(オランダ王国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)に掲げる路線(a)中の「西部及び東部パキスタン内の地点―インド内の地点―コロンボ」を「パキスタン内の地点一コロンボ一インド内の地点―バングラデシュ内の地点」に改める。

2. In the route (a) of Section II of the Schedule (the route to be served by the designated airline or airlines of the Kingdom of the Netherlands) "Points in West and East Pakistan - Points in India - Colombo" shall be replaced by "Points in Pakistan - Colombo -Points in India - Points in Bangladesh".

3　附表I(日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)に次の路線(c)を追加する。

3. To Section I of the Schedule (routes to be served by the designated airline or airlines of Japan) shall be added the following route

(c)　両方向に、日本国内の地点―今後合意される一地点―モスクワ一ヨーロッパ内の地点―アムステルダム及び以遠の地点

(c) Points in Japan - a point to be agreed upon later - Moscow -- Points in Europe-Amsterdam and points beyond, in both directions.

4　附表II(オランダ王国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)に次の路線(c)を追加する。

4. To Section II of the Schedule (routes to be served by the designated airline or air-lines of the Kingdom of the Nether lands) shall be added the following route (c):

(c)　両方向に、オランダ内の地点一ヨーロッパ内の地点一モスクワ一今後合意される一地点一東京

(c) Points in the Netherlands - Points in Europe - Moscow - a point to be agreed upon later - Tokyo, in both directions.

　本使は、前記の修正が日本国政府による同様の確認を述べた閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。

　I have further the honour to suggest that the aforementioned amendments shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply stating a similar confirmation by the Government of Japan.

　本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date, which reads as follows:

　本大臣は、閣下の書簡に言及された協定の附表の修正が両締約国の航空当局間で合意されたことを日本国政府に代わつて確認し、前記の修正がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずるという閣下の提案に同意する光栄を有します。

　I have further the honour to confirm, On behalf of the Government of Japan, that the amendments to the Schedule of the Agreement mentioned in Your Excellency's Note have been agreed upon between the said aeronautical authorities and to agree to Your Excellency's suggestion that the aforementioned amendments shall enter into force on the date of this reply.

　本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
