稲作機械化訓練計画に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定の有効期間の延長に関する交換公文

　Kuala Lumpur,26th December,1973.


　書簡をもって啓上いたします。本長官は、千九百七十年十二月二十九日にクアラ・ランプールで署名された稲作機械化訓練計画に関するマレイシア政府と日本国政府との間の協定に関し、同協定第八条(2)の規定に従い、同協定の有効期間を千九百七十五年十二月二十八日まで延長する旨の両政府の代表者の間で最近到達した合意をマレイシア政府に代わって確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
With reference to the Agreement between the Goverment of Malaysia and the Government of Japan concerningthe Paddy Mechanization Training Project signed at Kuala Lumpur on December 29,1970, I have the honour to confirm ,on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, the agreement reached recently between the representatives of the two Governments that the above-mentioned Agreement be extended until December 28, 1975,in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2) of Artcle VIII thereof.


　本長官は、閣下が前記の合意を日本国政府に代わって確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if Your Excellency would be good enough to confirm, on behalf of the Goverment of Japan, the agreement set out  above.


　本長官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Exvellency the assurance of my highest consideration.
