航空業務に関する日本国とパキス夕ンとの間の協定の附属書の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百六十一年十月十七日にカラチで署名された航空業務に関する日本国とパキスタンとの間の協定第十条の規定に従つて両締約国の航空当局の間で最近行なわれた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the recent consultations held between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 10 of the Agreement between Japan and Pakistan relating to Air Services, signed at Karachi on 17 October 1961.
本大臣は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、ここに、同協定の附属書に次の修正を行なうことを閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations I now have the honour to propose to Your Excellency that the following amendment be made to the Annex of the aforementioned Agreement.
日本国の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線において、「カルカタ」を「ニュー・デリー」に置き替える。
In the Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of Japan "Calcutta" should be replaced by "New Delhi".
本大臣は、前記の提案がパキスタン政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Pakistan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this mater which will enter into force on the date of Your excellency's reply.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百七十ニ年七月一日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of July 1, 1972, which reads as follows:

本使は、パキスタン政府が日本国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Pakistan and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
