航空業務に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

(Japanese Note)
17th October, 1972
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十五年二月十一日にクアラ・ランプールで署名された航空業務に関する日本国政府とマレイシア政府との間の協定第十二条(１)の規定に従つて千九百七十二年四月四日から六日までの間クアラ・ランプ―ルにおいて行なわれた協議に言及する光栄を有します｡
I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Kuala Lumpur from April 4 to April 6, 1972, in accordance with paragraph (1) of Article 12 of the Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of Malaysia for Air Services signed at Kuala Lumpur on February 11, 1965.
本使は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、この書簡に同封する修正された附表が千九百六十七年三月十四日に修正された同協定の附表に代わるべきことを日本国政府に代わつて提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations, I now have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Japan, that the Schedule to the Agreement which was amended on March 14, 1967, should be replaced by the revised Schedule set out in the enclosure to this Note.
前記の提案がマレイシア政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡（同封物を含む。）及びその旨の閣下の返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Malaysia, it is suggested that this Note with its enclosure and Your Excellency's reply in that sense shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

日本国内の地点―台北―香港―マニラ―サイゴン―バンコック―クアラ・ランプール―シンガポ―ル―ジャカルタ
Points in Japan - Taipei - Hong Kong -Manila - Saigon - Bangkok - Kuala Lumpur -Singapore - Djakarta.

Route II
マレイシアの一又は二以上の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airlines or airlines of Malaysia: -
マレイシア内の地点―バンコック―サイゴン―香港―マニラ―台北―東京―ソウル
Points in Malaysia - Bangkok - Saigon -Hong Kong - Manila - Taipei - Tokyo - Seoul.
注注 いずれか一方の締約国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が行なう協定業務は、その諦約国の領域内の一地点を起点とするものでなければならない。ただし、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行にあたつて、その一又は二以上の指定航空企業の選択により省略することができる｡
Note The agreed services provided by the designated airline or airlines of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified routes may, at the option of the designated airline or airlines concerned, be omitted on any or all flights.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honor to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date, which reads as follows:

本官は、マレイシア政府が日本国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honor to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Malaysia accepts the above proposal of the Government of Japan and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which enters into force on this date.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
