航空業務に関する日本国政府とレバノン共和国政府との間の協定の附属書の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、千九百六十七年六月二日に東京で署名された航空業務に関するレバノン共和国政府と日本国政府との間の協定第十一条の規定に従つて千九百七十一年七月六日から十二日までの間東京において行なわれた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from July 6 to July 12,1971, in accordance with Article 11 of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Lebanon and the Government of Japan for Air Services signed at Tokyo on June 2, 1967.
本官は、前記の協議において到達した合意に従い、この書簡に同封する修正された附属書が同協定の附属書に代わるべきことをレバノン共和国政府に代わつて提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to an agreement reached at the said consultations, I now have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Lebanon, that the Annex to the Agreement should be replaced by the revised Annex set out in the enclosure to this Note.
前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡(同封物を含む。)及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note with its enclosure and Your Excellency's reply in that sense shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

日本国内の地点―沖繩―中国本土における地点―台北―香港又はマニラ―サイゴン―プノンペン―バンコック―ラングーンーダッカ―コロンボ―カルカターニュー・デリー―ボンべイ―カラチ―テヘラン―べイルートーアテネ又はイスタンブル―ローマ―ジュネーヴ又はチュ―リッヒ―フランクフルト・アム・マイン又はデュッセルドルフ―パリ―アムステルダム―ロンドン―アメリカ合衆国内の地点及び以遠
Points in Japan - Okinawa - Points on the mainland of China - Taipei - Hong Kong or Manila - Saigon - Phnom Penh - Bangkok -Rangoon - Dacca - Colombo - Calcutta - New Delhi - Bambay - Karachi -Tehran - Bairut -Athens or Istanbul - Rome - Geneva or Zurich -Frankfurt am Main or Dusseldorf - Paris -Amsterdam - London - Points in the United States of America and beyond.
(注) カルカタ及びボンベイは、両方向とも同一便によつては運営することができない。
(Note) Calcutta and Bombay cannot be operated by the same flight in both directions.

べイルート―クウェイト―ダーラン、バーレン及び(又は)ドハーテヘラン―カブール及び(又は)カラチーボンベイ又はニュー・デリー―カルカタ―ラングーン―バンコック―サイゴン、クアラ・ランプール及び(又は)シンガポール―香港―マニラ―台北―大阪―東京―アメリカ合衆国内の地点―ヨーロッパにおける七地点―ベイルート
Beirut - Kuwait - Dhahran, Bahrein and/or Doha - Tehran - Kabul and/or Karachi - Bambay or New Delhi - Calcutta - Rangoon - Bangkok -Saigon, Kuala Lumpur and/or Singapore - HongKong - Manila - Taipei - 0saka - Tokyo -Points in the United States of America - seven points in Europe - Beirut.
3 いずれか一方の締約国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が行なう協定業務は、その締約国の領域内の一地点を起点とするものでなければならない。ただし、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行にあたつて、その指定航空企業の選択により省略することができる。
3. The agreed services provided by the desig-nated airline or airlines of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party,but other points on the specified route may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your excellency's date, which reads as follows:

本使は、日本国政府がレバノン共和国政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above porposal of the Government of the Republic of Lebanon and to confirm that Your Excellency’s Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter,which enters into force on this date.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
