農業普及センターの設置に関する日本国政府とインド政府との間の第二次協定の有効期間の延長に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、千九百六十八年十二月十三日にニュー・デリーで署名された農業普及センターの設置に関するインド政府と日本国政府との間の第二次協定に関し、両政府の代表者の間で最近到達した次の合意をインド政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, With reference to the Second Agreement between the Government of India and the Government of Japan concerning the Establishment of Agricultural Extension Centres signed at New Delhi on December 13, 1968, I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of India, the following agreement reached recently between the representatives of the two Governments:
同協定第九条(2)の規定に従い、同協定第八条(2)の「三年」の語は「六年」と読みかえられるとの了解の下に、同協定の有効期間を千九百七十五年十二月十二日まで延長する。
The Agreement shall be extended until December 12, 1975, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (2) of Article IX thereof, with the understanding that the term "three" in paragraph (2) of Article VIII of the Agreement is deemed to read "six".
本官は、閣下が前記の合意を日本国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。
I should be grateful if Your Excellency would be good enough to confirm, on behalf of the Government of Japan, the agreement set out above.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
