航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定の路線表の修正に関する交換公文

Tokyo, July 18, 1972
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年一月十八日にボンで署名された航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第十二条の規定に従つて千九百七十二年四月十日から十四日までボンで行なわれた両締約国の航空当局の間の会談に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the talks which were held in Bonn from 10th to 14th April, 1972, between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, signed at Bonn on January 18th, 1961.
本使は、前記の会談にかいて到達した合意に基づき、ここに、前記の協定の路線表(千九百六十五年九月十日、千九百六十八年六月二十六日及び千九百七十二年三月二十一日に修正された。)を削除し、次の新路線表をそう入することを閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to the agreement reached at the said talks I now have the honour to propose to Your Excellency the deletion of the Route Schedule of the agrementioned agreement as amended on September 10th, 1965, June 26th, 1968, and March 21st, 1972, and the insertion of a new Route Schedule which reads as follows:
注(1) 日本国の指定航空企業は、千九百七十五年三月三十一日までは、ドイツ経由ヨーロッパ以遠の路線においてアフリカ内及び中南米内の合計三をこえる地点に運航することはできない。
1) Until March 31, 1975 the designated airline of Japan may not operate to more than three points altogether in Africa, Central and South America on its routes via Germany beyond Europe.
注(2) 同一便では、順序のいかんを問わず二をこえる地点に運航することができないことが了解される。
2) It is understood that not more than two points may be served on each flight, irrespective of the order of the points.
本使は、前記の修正が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づくドイツ連邦共和国政府と日本国政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between the Federal Republic of and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百七十二年七月十八日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of July 18, 1972, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、日本国政府が閣下の書簡に含まれた提案を受諾することを閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づく両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the proposal contained in Your Excellency's Note and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
