航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定の路線表の修正に関する交換公文

Tokyo, March 21, 1972
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年一月十八日にボンで署名された航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第十二条の規定に従つて両締約国の航空当局の間で最近行なわれた会談に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the recent talks held between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, signed at Bonn on January 18th, 1961.
本使は、前記の会談において到達した合意に基づき、ここに、前記の協定の路線表(千九百六十五年九月十日及び千九百六十八年六月二十六日に修正された。)に次の修正を行なうことを閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to the Agreement reached at the said talks I now have the honour to propose to Your Excellency that the following amendment be made to the Route Schedule of the aforementioned Agreement as amended on September 10, 1965 and June 26, 1968:
日本国の指定航空企業が運営する路線2において、以遠の地点として定められている「ロンドン、パリ」を「ロンドン、パリ、アムステルダム」に置き替える。
In Route 2 of the routes to be operated by the designated airline of Japan 'London, Paris' specified as points beyond shall be replaced by' London, Paris, Amsterdam'.
したがつて、路線表は、次のとおりとなる。
The Route Schedule, therefore, now reads as follows:
本使は、前記の修正が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づくドイツ連邦共和国政府と日本国政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを提案いたします。その合意は、閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることといたします。
If the foregoing amendment is acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested. that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan pursuant to the provisions of Article 2(2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百七十二年三月二十一日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of March 2l, 1972, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、日本国政府が路線表の前記の修正を受諾することを閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づく両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを確認する光栄を有します。その合意は、この返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることといたします。
I have honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above amendment to the Route Schedule and to confirm that Your Note and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments pursuant to the provisions of Article 2(2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
