インドネシアに対する事業計画借款の使用期限の延長に関する日本国政府とインドネシア共和国政府との間の交換公文

　Tokyo, March 30, 1971


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、インドネシア共和国に供与される千九百六十九年の日本の援助に関する同年七月四日付けの交換公文に関し、同交換公文第II部2(c)に規定する事業計画借款の使用期限にかかわらず、海外経済協力基金とインドネシア共和国政府との間の合意により、同期限が千九百七十三年十二月三十一日まで延長されることに日本国政府は異存がないというインドネシア共和国政府の了解を確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
With reference to the Exchange of Notes ted July 4, 1969, concerning Japanese assistance for 1969 to be extended to the Republic of Indonesia, I have the honour to confirm that it is the understanding of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia that, notwithstanding the closing date of the Project Loan provided for in Part II, paragraph 2 (c) of the said Notes, the Government of Japan has no objection to its being extended until December 31, 1973 by agreement between the Overseas Economic Cooperation Fund and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia.


　本使は、閣下が、前記のことが日本国政府の了解でもあることを確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if Your Excellency would confirm that the foregoing is also the understanding of the Government of Japan.


　本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.
