航空業務に関する日本国とデンマークとの間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

(Danish Note )


　

　Tokyo, February 5, 1971


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百七十年一月十二日から二十二日までの間東京においてデンマーク、ノールウェー及びスウェーデンの政府の代表者と日本国政府の代表者との間で行なわれた協議並びに千九百五十三年二月二十六日にコペンハーゲンで署名された航空業務に関するデンマークと日本国との間の協定に言及し、同協定の附表(千九百五十四年七月十九日に修正された。)に次の修正を行なうことを提案する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from January 12 to 22,1970, between representatives of t he Governments of Denmark, Norway and Sweden and of the Government of Japan and to the Agreement between Denmark and Japan for Air Services signed at Copenhagen on February 26, 1953,and to propose that the following amendments be made to the Schedule of the aforementioned Agreement as amended on July 19,1954:


1　附表のI(日本国の一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)中、路線Bの次に次の路線を加える。

1. In Section I (Routes to be served by the designated airline or airlines of Japan ) of the Schedule, the following route shall be added after route B ):


C　両方向に、日本国内の地点－モスクワ－スカンディナヴィア内の地点及び以遠の地点

C) Points in Japan - Moscow - points in Scandinavia and Points beyond, in both directions.


2　附表のII(デンマークの一又は二以上の指定航空企業が運営する路線)中、路線Bの次に次の路線を加える。

2. In Section II (Routes to be served by the designated airline or airlines of Denmark of the Schedule, the following route shall be added after route B ):


C　両方向に、スカンディナヴィア内の地点－モスクワ－東京

C) Points in Scandinavia - Moscow - Tokyo 


　本使は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。

　If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, I have the honour to propose that this Note together with Your Excellency 's reply to that effect shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between t he two Governments which shall enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.


　本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to renew to Your Excellency the assurances of my highest consideration.

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today date. which reads as follows:

　本大臣は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであり、したがつて、同政府は、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡が両国政府間の合意を構成し、その合意が本日付けで効力を生ずることに同意する旨を閣下に通報する光栄を有します。

　In reply, I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan which therefore agrees that Your Excellency's Note together with this reply shall constitute an agreement between t he two Governments which shall enter into force on today's date.


　本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
