査証料の免除及び数次査証の付与に関する日本国政府とスウェーデン政府との間の取極（口上書）

(Japanese Note)
外務省は、スウェーデン王国大使館に敬意を表するとともに、日本国政府は、千九百七十年十二月一日から、有効なスウェーデン旅券を所持するスウェーデン国民について、次の措置を適用することを同大使館に通報する光栄を有する。
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs presents its compliments to the Royal Swedish Embassy and has the honour to inform the Embassy that the Government of Japan will apply from December 1, 1970, the following measures with respect to Swedish nationals holding valid Swedish passports:
一 査証が必要とされかつ付与されるときは、その査証は、無料であるものとし、かつ、発給の日から十二箇月の期間内のいかなる回数の入国についても有効であるものとする。ただし、日本国政府は、個個の場合において、一回限りの入国について有効な査証を付与する権利を保有する。
1. Visas, when required and granted, shall be free of charge and valid for any number of entries within twelve months from the date of issue, provided that the Government of Japan retains the right to grant visas valid for a single entry in particular cases.
二 数次査証を付与されたスウェーデン国民は、その査証が有効である期間中は、特別な許可又は査証を取得することを要求されることなく、日本国へのいかなる回数の入国についても権利が与えられる。
2. Swedish nationals who have been granted multiple visas shall be entitled to any number of entries into Japan during the period for which the visais valid without being require to obtain special permits or visas.
三 日本国政府は、前記のことを終了させることを希望する場合には、スウェーデン政府に対して書面による一箇月の予告を与える。
3. The Japanese Government, in case it wishes to terminate the foregoing, will give one month's written notice to the Government of Sweden.

スウェーデン王国大使館は、外務省に敬意を表するとともに、スウェーデン政府は、千九百七十年十二月一日から、有効な日本国旅券を所持する日本国民について、次の措置を適用することを外務省に通報する光栄を有する。
The Royal Swedish Embassy presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and has the honour to inform the Ministry that the Government of Sweden will apply from December 1, 1970, the following measures with respect to Japanese nationals holding valid Japanese passports:
一 滞在許可叉は査証が必要とされかつ付与されるときは、その滞在許可又は査証は、無料であるものとし、かつ、発給の日から少なくとも十二箇月の期間有効であるものとする。ただし、スウェーデン政府は、個個の場合において、一回限りの入国について有効な滞在許可又は査証を付与する権利を保有する。
1. Permits of sojourn and/or visas when required and granted, shall be free of charge and valid for a minimum period of twelve months from the date of issue, provided that the Government of Sweden retains the right grant permits of sojourn and/or visas valid for a single entry in particular cases.
二 滞在許可又は査証を付与された日本国民は、その許可又は査証が有効である期間中は、特別な許可又は査証を取得することを要求されることなく、スウェーデンヘのいかなる回数の入国についても権利が与えられる。
2. Japanese nationals who have been granted permits of sojourn and/or visas shall be entitled to any number of entries into Sweden during the period for which the permit and visas is valid without being required to obtain special permits or visas.
三 スウェーデン政府は、前記のことを終了させることを希望する場合には、日本国政府に対して書面による一箇月の予告を与える。
3. The Swedish Covernment, in case it wishes to terminate the foregoing, will give one month's written notice to the Government of Japan.
