ワッタイ空港滑走路延長計画に対する援助の供与期間の延長に関する日本国政府とラオス王国政府との間の交換公文

Vientiane, le 24 Mars 1970
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。ヴィエンチャンのワッタイ空港滑走路延長計画に対する日本国の援助に関するラオス王国政府と日本国政府との間の千九百六十九年十二月五日付けの交換公文に関し、本官は、前記の交換公文第1項に定められた期間を千九百七十年五月三十一日まで延長することをラオス王国政府に代わつて提案する光栄を有します。
Monsieur I' Ambassadeur,With reference to the exchange of Notes dated December 5, 1969, between the Royal Government of Laos and the Government of Japan concerning Japanese assistance for the Project of the Runway extension of the Wattay Airport in Vientiane, I have the honour to propose on behalf of my Government that the period provided for in paragraph 1 of the exchange of notes be extended until May 31, 1970.
本官は、さらに、日本国政府が前記の提案を受諾されるときは、この書簡及び受諾を表明される閣下の返簡が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずる両政府間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose that if the said proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, the present note and Your Excellency's note in reply indicating such acceptance shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments, which will enter into force on the date of your reply.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

Monsieur le Delegue, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your note of today's date which reads as follows:

本使は、さらに、本国政府に代わつて前記の提案を受領するとともに、貴官の書簡及びこの返簡がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずる両政府間の合意を構成するものとみなすことに同意する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to accept the above proposal on behalf of my Government and to agree that your note and this note shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて貴官に向かつて敬意を表します。
