航空業務に関する日本国とイタリアとの間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

Tokyo, 24th March 1970
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十二年一月三十一日に東京で署名された航空業務に関するイタリアと日本国との間の協定及び同協定の附表の修正に関して千九百七十年二月十日に行なわれた交換公交に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the Agreement between Italy and Japan for Air Services signed at Tokyo on January 31, 1962, and to the Exchange of Notes effected on February 10, 1970, concerning the amendment of the Schedule of the Agreement.
本使は、イタリア政府が同国の路線(b)において運営する地点の一としてコペンハーゲンを選択したことをここに通報する光栄を有します。
By this Note I have the honour to notify that Copenhagen has been selected by the Italian Government as one of the points to be operated on the Italian Route (b).
したがつて、本使は、協定の附表のイタリアの路線(b)を次のように修正することをイタリア政府に代わつて、提案する光栄を有します。
Accordingly, I have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of Italy, that the Italian Route (b) of the Schedule of the Agreement be revised as follows:
(b) イタリア内の地点―ハンブルグ、フランクフルト・アム・マイン及びアムステルダムのうち今後定められる一地点(注)－コペンハーゲン－アンカレッジ－東京
"(b) Points in Italy-one point to be specified later among Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main and Amsterdam* - Copenhagen - Anchorage - Tokyo.
注 この地点は、イタリア政府によつて選択され、それに応じて、この附表は、この地点への運航開始前に修正される。
* This point is to be selected by the Government of Italy and the Schedule shall be amended accordingly before the commencement of operation to this point."
本使は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びその旨の閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, I have the honour to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's reply in that sense shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today date, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、日本国政府がイタリア政府の前記の提案を受諾する旨を閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above proposal of the Government of Italy and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply are re0arded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which enters into force on this date.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
