航空業務に関する日本国とインドネシア共和国との間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百六十二年一月二十三日に東京で署名された航空業務に関するインドネシア共和国と日本国との間の協定第十一条及び第十三条の規定に従い千九百六十八年十一月八日から十三日までの間東京において及び千九百七十年三月七日にジャカルタにおいて行なわれた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to refer to the consultations held in Tokyo from November 8 to November 13, 1968 and also to the consultations held in Djakarta on March 7, 1970, in accordance with Articles 11 and 13 of the Agreement between the Republic of Indonesia and Japan for Air Services signed at Tokyo on January 23, 1962.
本大臣は、これらの協議において到達した合意に従い、協定の附表を次のように修正することをインドネシア共和国政府に代わつて提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to agreements reached at the said consultations, I now have the honour to propose, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, that the Schedule of the Agreement be amended as follows:

1 日本国の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
1. Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of Japan.
日本国内の地点―沖繩－台北―香港―マニラ－サイゴン及び(又は)バンコック－クアラ・ランプール－シンガポール－ジャカルタ－ダーウィン又はパース－シドニー又はメルボルン－ニュー・ジーランド－ニュー・カレドニア、フィジー、サモア、ソサイエティ諸島及び(又は)南太平洋におけるその他の諸島―ホノルル
Points in Japan - Okinawa - Taipei - Hongkong - Manila - Saigon and/or Bangkok - Kuala Lumpur - Singapore - Djakarta - Darwin or Perth - Sydney or Melbourne - New Zealand -- New Caledonia Fiji, Samoa, Society Islands and/or other islands in the South Pacific - Honolulu.
インドネシア共和国の指定航空企業が両方向に運営する路線
Route to be operated in both directions by the designated airline of the Republic of Indonesia.
インドネシア内の地点―シンガポール－クアラ・ランプール－バンコック－サイゴン－マニラ－香港－台北－東京―サン・フランシスコ(ホノルル経由)又はソウル
Points in Indonesia - Singapore - Kuala Lumpur - Bangkok - Saigon - Manila - Hongkong - Taipei - Tokyo - San Francisco (via Honolulu) or Seoul.
2 いずれか一方の締約国の指定航空企業が行なう協定業務は、当該一方の締約国の領域内の一地点を起点としなければならないが、特定路線上の他の地点は、いずれかの又はすべての飛行にあたりその指定航空企業の選択によつて省略することができる。
2. The agreed services provided by the designated airline of either Contracting Party shall begin at a point in the territory of that Contracting Party, but other points on the specified route may at the option of the designated airline be omitted on any or all flights.
本大臣は、前記の提案が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることを提案する光栄を有します。
If the foregoing proposal is acceptable to the Government of Japan, I have the honour to suggest that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of today's date, which reads as follows:

本使は、日本国政府がインドネシア共和国政府の前記の提案を受諾したことを閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡をこの問題に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなし、その合意が本日効力を生ずることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above proposal of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and to confirm that Your Excellency's Note and this reply shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which enters into force on this date.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
