日本国とオーストリアとの間の貿易に関する交換公文 
(オーストリア側書簡)

(Austrian Letter)


　

　Vienna, June 26th, 1970


　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、オーストリア政府及び日本国政府の代表がウィーンにおいて最近行なつた会談に言及し、会談の結果到達した次の了解を確確する光栄を有します。

　Sir,I have the honour to refer to the discussions which have recently taken place in Vienna between the representatives of the Austrian and Japanese Governments and to confirm the following understanding reached as a result of the discussions:


(1)　千九百七十年十二月三十一日までの間、オーストリアと日本国との間の貿易関係は、千九百六十六年十一月四日付けの交換公文に盛られた取極の規定に基づいて引き続き規律される。

(1) Until December 31st, 1970, the trade relations between Austria and Japan shall continue to be regulated on the basis of the provisions of the arrangement embodied in the letters exchanged on November 4th, 1966.


(2)　千九百七十年七月一日以後は、この書簡に附属する改訂された「千九百七十年のオーストリア輸入品目表」が効力を有し、千九百六十八年十二月二十四日付けの交換公文に附属する「千九百六十九年のオーストリア輸入品目表」に代わるものとする。

(2) As from July 1st, 1970, the revised "Austrian Import List 1970" attached to the present letter will come into effect and replace the "Austrian Import List 1969", which is attached to the letters exchanged on December 24th, 1968.


　貴官が、前記のことを貴国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。

　I shall be grateful, if you would confirm the foregoing on behalf of your Government.


　本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて貴官に向かつて敬意を表します。
