日本国とマレイシアとの間の千九百六十七年九月二十一日の協定に基づく生産物及び役務の供与期間の延長に関する交換公文

(Malaysian Note)
25th July, 1969.
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本官は、日本国とマレイシアとの間の千九百六十七年九月二十一日の協定に言及し、千九百七十一年五月までに貨物船二隻の引渡しを受けることが困難であることにかんがみ、同協定第一条2の規定に従い、同協定に基づく生産物及び役務の供与が行なわれる三年の期間を千九百七十二年五月六日まで一年間延長することを提案する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the Agreement of 21st September, 1967, between Malaysia and Japan and to propose, pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 1 of the Agreement, that the period of three years over which the supply of products and services under the Agreement is to be made, be extended for another year up to 6th May, 1972, in view of the difficulty in having the two cargo-boats delivered by May, 1971.
本官は、さらに、この書簡及び前記の提案を日本国政府が受諾する旨を確認される閣下の返簡が供与期間の延長に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを提案する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to propose that the present note and Your Excellency's reply confirming the acceptance by the Government of Japan of the above proposal shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the tow Governments on the extension of the supply period.
本官は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十九年七月二十五日付けの閣下の書簡を受領したことを確認し、日本国政府は、日本国とマレイシアとの間の千九百六十七年九月二十一日の協定第一条2の規定に基づき閣下が行なわれた供与期間の延長に関する提案を受諾する旨を申し述べる光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's note dated 25 July, 1969, and to state that the Government of Japan accepts Your Excellency's proposal made pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 1 of the Agreement of 21st September, 1967, between Japan and Malaysia regarding the extension of the supply period.
本使は、さらに、閣下の書簡及びこの書簡が供与期間の延長に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなされることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have further the honour to confirm that Your Excellency's note and the present note shall be regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments on the extension of the supply period.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて貴官に向かつて敬意を表します。
