日本国政府とイラン帝国政府との間の貿易協定
TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN AND THE IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT OF IRAN
日本国政府及びイラン帝国政府は、両国間の貿易関係を拡大し、及び強化することを希望して、次の規定を合意した。
TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF JAPAN AND THE IMPERIAL GOVERNMENT OF IRAN The Government of Japan and the Imperial Government of Iran, being desirous of expanding and strengthening trade relations between the two countries, have agreed upon the following provisions:
第一条
Article I
両政府は、それぞれの国で施行されている法令の範囲内で、両国間の貿易の量を増大し、かつ、これをできる限り高い水準に維持するように努力する。
The two Governments shall endeavour, within the scope of the laws and regulations prevailing in the respective countries, to increase the volume of trade between the two countries and to maintain its level as high as possible.
第二条
Article II
輸入及び輸出の許可証の発給並びに関税その他の課徴金に関し、いずれの一方の国の政府も、それぞれの国で施行されている関係法令の範囲内で、他方の国の産品に対し、他の外国に対して与える待遇よりも不利でない待遇を与えるものとする。
In respect of the issuance of import and export licences and the customs and other duties, the Government of either country shall accord, within the scope of the relevant laws and regulations prevailing in the respective countries, to the commodities of the other country a treatment no less favourable than that accorded to other foreign countries.
第三条
Article III
この協定の実施上、日本国で生産され又は製造され、かつ、日本国からイランに輸出される産品は、日本国の産品と認められ、イランで生産され又は製造され、かつ、イランから日本国に輸出される産品は、イランの産品と認められる。
For the implementation of the present Agreement, commodities produced or manufactured in and exported from Japan to Iran shall be considered as Japanese commodities while commodities produced or manufactured in and exported from Iran to Japan shall be considered as Iranian commodities.
第四条
Article IV
この協定に基づいて行なわれる貿易に関する支払及び他の支払は、それぞれの国で施行されている為替管理に関する法令に従つて、交換可能な通貨により行なうものとする。
The payments relating to the trade to be made under the present Agreement and the other payments shall be effected in convertible currencies, in accordance with the laws and regulations concerning control of foreign exchange in force in the respective countries.
第五条
Article V
この協定の実施を容易にするため、両政府は、この協定の効力発生の後六箇月ごとに、相互に協議し、また、この協定の実施について検討を行なうものとする。
In order to facilitate the implementation of the present Agreement, the two Governments shall consult each other and also shall review the implementation of the present Agreement every six months starting from the date of its coming into force.
第六条
Article VI
この協定は、その署名の日に効力を生じ、一年間効力を有する。その効力は、両政府間の書簡の交換により、さらに一年間延長することができる。
The present Agreement shall come into force on the date of its signature and shall be valid for a period of one year. Its validity can be extended for another year, by means of exchange of letters between the two Governments
千九百六十八年六月二十三日にテヘランで、英語によりひとしく正文である本書二通を作成した。
Done in Tehran on the 23rd of June, 1968, in two originals in English, both being equally authentic.
