航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定の路線表の修正に関する交換公文

Tokyo, June 26th, 1968
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年一月十八日にボンで署名された航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第十二条の規定に従つて千九百六十八年二月七日から十二日まで東京において行なわれた両締約国の航空当局間の会談に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to refer to the talks which were held in Tokyo from 7th to 12th February, 1968, between the aeronautical authorities of both Contracting Parties in accordance with Article 12 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, signed at Bonn on January 18th ,1961.
本使は、前記の会談の合意議事録に基づき、ここに、前記の協定の路線表(千九百六十五年九月十日の交換公文により修正された。)に次の修正を行なうことを閣下に提案する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to the Agreed Minutes of the said talks I now have the honour to propose to Your Excellency that the following amendments be made to the Route Schedule of the aforementioned Agreement which was modified by the Exchange of Notes of September 10th, 1965:
1 ドイツ連邦共和国の指定航空企業が運営する路線1において、日本国内の地点として定められている「東京」及び以遠の地点として定められている「アジア内の二地点」をそれぞれ「名古屋及び(又は)東京」及び「アジア内の一地点」に置き替える。
1. In Route 1 of the routes to be operated by the designated airline of the Federal Republic of Germany 'Tokyo' specified as point in Japan and 'Two points in Asia' specified as points beyond shall be replaced by 'Nagoya and/or Tokyo' and 'One point in Asia' respectively.
2 日本国の指定航空企業が運営する路線2において、ドイツ連邦共和国内の地点として定められている「ハンブルグ及びデュッセルドルフ又はハンブルグ及びケルン／ボン」を「ハンブルグ及びデュッセルドルフ、ハンブルグ及びケルン／ボン並びに(又は)ハンブルグ及びフランクフルト・アム・マイン」に置き替える。
2. In Route 2 of the routes to be operated by the designated airline of Japan 'Hamburg and Dusseldorf or Hamburg and Koln/Bonn' specified as points in the Federal Republic of Germany shall be replaced by 'Hamburg and Dusseldorf and/or Hamburg and Koln/Bonn and /or Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main'.
したがつて、路線表は、次のとおりなる。
The Route Schedule, therefore, now reads as follows:
本使は、前記の修正が日本国政府にとつて受諾しうるものであるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づくドイツ連邦共和国政府と日本国政府との間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを提案いたします。その合意は、閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることといたします。
If the foregoing amendments are acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan pursuant to the provisions of Article 2(2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百六十八年六月二十六日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of Your Excellency's Note of June 26, 1968, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、日本国政府が路線表の前記の修正を受諾することを閣下に通報するとともに、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡を千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定第二条(2)の規定に基づく両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなすことを確認する光栄を有します。その合意は、この返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることといたします。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above amendments to the Route Schedule and to confirm that your Note and this reply are regarded as constituting and agreement between the two Governments pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
