　日本国大使館は、ブルガリア人民共和国外務省に敬意を表するとともに、日本国政府が千九百六十八年四月一日から相互主義に基づき次の措置を執ることを同省に通報する光栄を有する。


							

						

						

							

								
　The Embassy of Japan presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of Bulgaria and has the honour to inform the latter that the Government of Japan will take, on a reciprocal basis, the following measures from the lst of April, 1968.


							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
(1)　日本国政府は、ブルガリア人民共和国外務省の口上書により本大使館に対して申請があつたときは、在本邦ブルガリア人民共和国大使館の館長及びその家族に対し、旅券所持者が館長又は家族としての地位を有する限り有効である数次入国査証を付与する。


							

						

						

							

								
(1) If application is made to the Embassy by a Note Verbale of the Ministry, the Government of Japan will Grant to the head of Mission of the Embassy of the People's Republic of Bulgaria in Japan and the members of his family a multiple visa valid so long as the bearers retain the status as such.


							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
(2)　日本国政府は、在本邦ブルガリア人民共和国大使館の口上書により日本国外務省に対して申請があつたときは、

(a)　外交旅券を所持する同大使館の館員(館長を除く。)及びその家族に対し、有効期間一年の数次再入国許可を付与し、また、


							

						

						

							

								
(a) to those members of the said Embassy (excluding the head of the mission) who hold diplomatic passports and the members of their families a multiple re-entry permission valid for a period of one year;


							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
(b)　公用旅券を所持する同大使館の館員及びその家族に対し、有効期間六箇月の数次再入国許可を付与する。

(3)　日本国政府は、(2)の(a)及び(b)に定める数次再入国許可の有効期間を、(2)にいう方法によりその延長につき申請があつたときは、それぞれ一年及び六箇月だけ延長することがある。


							

						

						

							

								
(3) The Government of Japan may grant extension of the period of validity of a multiple re-entry permission prescribed in (a) and (b) of (2) for a period of one year and six months respectively, provided that application for such extension be made in the manner described in (2).


							

						

						

					

					
				
			
		
			
			
				
				

				
				
				
					

						

							

								
(4)　日本国政府は、上記の措置を終了させることを希望するときは、ブルガリア人民共和国政府に対し書面による一箇月の予告を与える。
