日本国政府とスペイン政府との間の貿易協定の延長に関する交換公文

Madrid, December 26, 1967.
書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十六年二月二十二日に署名され、千九百六十六年十二月二十三日に交換された書簡により千九百六十七年一月一日より十二月三十一日までの一年間延長された日本国政府とスペイン政府との間の貿易協定に言及し、同協定第七条の規定にかかわらず同協定をさらに千九百六十八年一月一日より十二月三十一日までの一年間延長するとの両国政府の代表者の間で到達した了解を本国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the Trade Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Government of Spain signed on February 22, 1966 and extended for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31, 1967 by the Notes exchanged on December 23, 1966 and to confirm, on behalf of my Government, the understanding reached between representatives of the tow Governments to extend the said Agreement further for a period of one year from January 1 to December 31, 1968, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the said Agreement.
本使は、閣下が前記のことを貴国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。
I shall be grateful if you will be good enough to confirm the foregoing on behalf of your Government.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。
