航空業務に関する日本国とタイとの間の協定の附表の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもって啓上いたします。千九百五十三年六月十九日にバンコックで署名された航空業務に関するタイと日本国との協定の附表（千九百六十二年七月六日に行なわれた公文の交換により改正）の改正に関する千九百六十四年十二月十六日及び千九百六十五年一月十四日付けの在日本国タイ大使館及び日本国外務省のそれぞれの口上書に関し、本使は、タイの航空当局及び日本国の航空当局が、タイの一又は二以上の指定航空企業により運営される路線で前記の協定の当該附表に定めるものにおいて「中国本土における協定地点及び（又は）台湾における地点」を削除し、かつ、これに替えて「台北」をそう入することを合意した旨を述べる光栄を有します。
Excellency,With reference to the Notes Verbales of the Royal Thai Embassy in Japan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan dated December 16, 1964 and January 14, 1965, respectively, concerning the amendment of the Schedule to the Agreement between Thailand and Japan for Air Services signed at Bangkok on June 19, 1953, as amended by the exchange of Notes done on July 6, 1962, I have the honour to state that the aeronautical authorities of Thailand and Japan now agreed to delete "points on the mainland of China to be agreed and/or on the island of Formosa" and insert "Taipei" instead in the routes to be operated by the designated airline or airlines of Thailand as specified in the Schedule to the said Agreement.
よって、本使は、前記の路線を次のとおり改正することを提案する光栄を有します。
Accordingly, I have the honour to propose that the said routes be amended as follows:-
両方向に、バンコック－インド・シナ内の地点－マニラ又は香港－台北－沖縄－大阪－東京及び以遠の地点。
Bangkok - points in Indo-China - Manila or Hone Kong - Taipei - Okinawa - Osaka - Tokyo and points beyond, in both directions.
前記の提案が日本国政府にとって受諾されるものであるならば、この書簡及びこの書簡に対する閣下の返簡がこの事項に関するタイ及び日本国の政府間の合意を構成するものとみなされ、その合意は閣下の返簡の日付の日から効力を生ずることとなることを提案いたします。
If the above proposal is acceptable to the Japanese Government, it is suggested that this note and Your Excellency's reply thereto be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of Thailand and Japan in this matter, which will become effective on the date of Your Excelleney's reply.
本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。

本大臣は、日本国政府がタイ政府の前記の提案を啓諾したことを閣下に通報し、かつ、閣下の書簡及びこの返簡がこの事項に関する両国政府間の合意を構成するものとみなされ、その合意はこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずることとなることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform Your Excellency that the Government of Japan accepts the above proposal of the Government of Thailand and to confirm that Your Excelleney's Note and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments in this matter, which will become effective on the date of this reply.
本大臣は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かって敬意を表します。
