日本国政府とイラン帝国政府との間の貿易協定の延長に関する交換公文

日本側書簡

(Japanese Note)

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十四年七月十二日にテヘランで署名された日本国政府とイラン帝国政府との間の貿易協定に関し、前記の協定がその第七条の規定に従い千九百六十五年七月十二日から千九百六十六年七月十一日まで一年間延長されることについて両政府の代表者の間で到達した了解を日本国政府に代わつて確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency,with reference to the Trade Agreement between the Government of Japan and the Imperial Government of Iran, signed at Teheran on July 12tthth   th, 1964, I have the honour to confirm, on behalf of the Government of Japan, the understanding reached between the representatives of the two Governments that the above-mentioned Agreement be extended for the further period of one year from July 12th, 1965 to July 11th , 1966, in accordance with the provisions of Article VII thereof.

　本使は、閣下が前記の了解をイラン帝国政府に代わつて確認されれば幸いであります。

　I should be grateful if Your Excellency would be good enough to confirm the foregoing understanding on behalf of the Imperial Government of Iran.

　本使は、以上を申し進めるに際し、ここに重ねて閣下に向かつて敬意を表します。

　I avail myself of this opportunity to extend to Your Excellency the assurance of my highest consideration.

　書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、本日付けの閣下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。

　Excellency, I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of Your Excellency's note of today's date which reads as follows:
