航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定の路線表の修正に関する交換公文

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本使は、千九百六十一年一月十八日にボンで署名された航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第十三条の規定に従つて千九百六十四年十月及び十一月に東京で行なわれた協議に言及する光栄を有します。
Excellency,I have the honour to refer to the consultations which took place in Tokyo during 0ctober and November 1 1964, in accordance with Article 13 of the Agreement between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, signed at Bonn on January 18th, 1961.
前記の協議に関する合意議事録に基づき本使は、ここに、千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定の路線表に次の修正を行なうべきことを確認する光栄を有します。
Pursuant to the Agreed Minutes of the said consultations I now have the honour to confirm that the following amendments are to be made to the Route Schedule of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services:
1 ドイツ連邦共和国の指定航空企業が運営する路線1において、日本国内の地点として「東京及び(又は)大阪」を「東京」に置き替え、また、路線2において、日本国内の地点として「東京」を「東京及び(又は)大阪」に置き替える。
1. In Route 1 of the routes to be operated by the designated airline of the Federal Republic of Germany, ″Tokyo and/or Osaka" are replaced by ″ Tokyo″, as point in Japan. In Route 2, ″Tokyo" is replaced by "Tokyo and/or 0saka″, as points in Japan.
2 日本国の指定航空企業が運営する路線2において、ドイツ連邦共和国内の地点として「ハンブルグ」を「ハンブルグ及びデュッセルドルフ又はハンブルグ及びケルン／ボン」に置き替える。
2. In Route 2 of the routes to be operated by the designated airline of Japan, "Hamburg" is replaced by "Hamburg and Dusseldorf or Hamburg and Koln/Bonn″ as points in the Federal Republic of Germany.
したがつて、路線表は、次の通りとなる。

本使は、日本国政府が前記の修正を受託されるときは、この書簡及びこれに対する閣下の返簡が千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関するドイツ連邦共和国と日本国との間の協定第2条(2)の規定に基づくドイツ連邦共和国政府と日本国政府との間の取極を構成し、かつ、その取極が閣下の返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずるものと認められることを提案いたします。
If the foregoing amendments are acceptable to the Government of Japan, it is suggested that this Note and Your Excellency's reply thereto should be regarded as constituting an agreement between the Governments of the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between the Federal Republic of Germany and Japan for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of Your Excellency's reply.

書簡をもつて啓上いたします。本大臣は、千九百六十五年九月十日付けの貴下の次の書簡を受領したことを確認する光栄を有します。
Monsieur le Charge d' Affaires, I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your Note of September 1O, 1965, which reads as follows:

本大臣は、日本国政府が路線表の前記の修正を受諾することを貴下に通報し、かつ、貴下の書簡及びこの返簡が千九百六十一年一月十八日の航空業務に関する日本国とドイツ連邦共和国との間の協定第2条(2)の規定に基づく両政府間の取極を構成し、かつ、その取極がこの返簡の日付の日に効力を生ずるものと認められることを確認する光栄を有します。
I have the honour to inform you that the Government of Japan accepts the above amendments to the Route Schedule and to confirm that your Note and this reply are regarded as constituting an agreement between the two Governments pursuant to the provisions of Article 2 (2) of the Agreement of January 18th, 1961, between Japan and the Federal Republic of Germany for Air Services, which will enter into force on the date of this reply.
